All participants will take part in a two-day, in-person Kimochis® training. (Register for DAY 1 & DAY 2).
District/State-Level Staff will also take part in one hybrid workshop designed to support implementation coaching. (Also register for one (1) DISTRICT LEVEL Coaching Workshop.)
The two day in-person training is for: Pre-K Teachers, Elementary School Counselors, Elementary Behavior Coaches, Special Education RTs, ISLA Teams, Elementary BHSs, Elementary SLPs, Complex Area SEL Leads, Complex Area PBIS Leads, Complex Area Counseling Leads, 619 Coordinators, School and District Coaches, and Related Services Coordinators/SLP Vs.

Day 2 Overview: Kimochis® Implementation Planning and Practice
Implementation Models: Learn how Kimochis® can be integrated through daily or weekly lessons, and explore how counselors, SPED staff, and related service providers can support schoolwide use.
Team Planning Time: Collaborate by school teams to design tailored implementation plans aligned to your site's goals and student needs.
Plan Presentations and Q&A: Share your school’s vision for Kimochis® integration and gain insight and inspiration from fellow teams.
Home-School Connections: Discover ways to strengthen emotional literacy at home using the Kimochis® framework.
Specialized Breakouts:
Counseling & Mental Health Workshop: Practical guidance for service providers using Kimochis® in therapeutic or intervention settings.
Educator Make-and-Take: Create classroom-ready visuals, access editable resources, and explore SPED-friendly adaptations to use immediately.
